About Golf Cart rentals:

Alert reader Teresa says that she called up Scottsdale Golf Cart Sales and Rentals  and they said they would rent to individuals (and deliver!).
FYI, Be aware that non-staff golf carts are not permitted on any of the grass fields (except for carts with HC tags). Bike rentals – if I do a google search on “scottsdale bike rentals”, a boatload of hits come up.  Oooh, including REI quite close to Westworld, I love REI.  https://destinations.rei.com/arizona/bike-rentals Scooter rentals – a google search for that comes up with quite a few too – don’t have a line on any in particular.  You might ask REI if they do scooters or electric bikes, one REI webpage seemed to say it did but I couldn’t drill down any further.

About Buying MAX200 Equipment at End of Event:

"As we have done in the past, all the equipment used in the rings at Cynosport 2022 is available for sale. We discount the equipment 10% and you save on the shipping costs. All equipment purchased must be taken home on Sunday from the show grounds. There will be 5 rings of equipment available but to insure that we reserve an item for you, it is recommended that you order it in advance. You can order on-line at www.max200.com or call us at (315) 776-9588. We are looking forward to seeing you all in Scottsdale, AZ  next month."

About RV Rentals:

We have a great RV rental sponsor!
"Have you ever wanted to stay onsite for Cynosport and enjoy the convenience of an RV?  If you don’t own an RV you can still stay in one at Cynosport this year.   If you are interested please reach out to the folks at GOING PLACES RV and they can get you set up.  They will deliver RVs onsite and have them ready for you when you arrive.   Or you can give them a call at:  623-221-1161."

About RV Pump-out Services:

At past WestWorld Cynosports, individual competitors have ganged together to pay for a service to come out midweek to pump out their RV tanks in situ.
Alert reader Emily proposes to be point person for that this year for such a gang, proposing to hire the service to come out Friday 11/2 to make the rounds.  If you want to join the gang, contact Emiliy directly: arizonatzu@yahoo.com .  She will add your RV spot number to the list, and you would pay the service directly (after she hires the service and tells them how many, and tells you the fee due).  I've seen the fee (cash/check) left on top of the LP tank, or of course pay them directly online if that's an option.
She has hooked up with two service possibilities and here are their prices (yeh pump-out prices have gone up, like everything else):
  • Dump Doctor 480-748-0787, $105 per RV cash, check, or Zelle. No credit cards. If 30 or more RV's, he said he would give a $15 per RV discount.
  • Tamerons Septic 480-220-7133, $120 per RV if under 5 RV's,  otherwise $100.
